Refunds & disputes

Refunds and returns are handled by the seller you purchased from. Hopsoo may help mediate account issues but does not hold seller UPI funds.

Because UPI payments go directly to the seller, refunds must be initiated by that seller (or via your bank’s UPI dispute process where applicable). Hopsoo can help with account access issues at hello@hopsoo.com.
