Does Hopsoo take a cut of UPI sales?
No. Buyers pay your UPI ID directly. Hopsoo takes no commission on order value — only the fixed per-business subscription after the trial.
How does the AI know what to answer?
Storefront AI answers from your shop’s catalog, product fields, specs, and policies. It answers when that data supports it — it does not invent details when unsure.
What if the AI can’t answer a buyer?
It hands off to you in Messages (Awaiting). You reply with the full context. You’re never replaced — the AI handles routine questions; you handle judgment calls.
Can I sync with my Meta / Instagram catalog?
Yes. On Products, connect Meta Catalog once — Hopsoo can import existing catalog items, then push edits and stock updates back to Meta in the background.
Who handles shipping and refunds?
You do. Hopsoo is software for your storefront; you are the merchant of record for UPI payments. Shipping timelines, carriers, and refunds are set and handled by your shop.
